Where Do I Begin?

You can often get a good “feel” for a church by visiting its website—and we're happy that you have made it here to our website to find out more about Friendswood United Methodist Church.  But the best way to truly find out if a church is a good fit is to try it on for size.  We encourage you to participate in the many opportunities for Christian growth available here both on Sundays and throughout the week.  We have three worship services on Sunday mornings:  Traditional at 8:30 & 11:05, and Praise at 9:45.  And don't forget our Monday afternoon worship service called Joyful Hearts.  We would love the chance to get to know you better!

Connect

To help you on your journey, we offer a program geared just for newcomers - Connect.  This fast moving session introduces you to our pastors, ministries, and our vision and mission as a church.  You will learn about Friendswood UMC's commitment to "Sharing the Life-Changing Power of Christ, everywhere and everyday," and how it guides us in all we do.  At the end of the session, you will be given the opportunity to join the church if you like.
